Why do I only see data from one limb?

If you are only seeing data from the left or right limb there are a few potential causes.


If you only see one limb worth of data try:

1. Ensuring that both sensors are turned on and plugged in.

2. Ensuring the correct sensor for the data subject is connected.

3. Check that data was actually recorded on that day for the missing limb. If a sensor was not selected or on at the time of recording a sync file would not have been created for that limb.


If only one limb appears on the cloud attempt to upload the missing limb through the desktop using the steps above.
