There is a known bug that occurs when sensors try to update that can cause the Step app to crash or the sensors to lose connectivity. If this occurs, follow the step below to fix:
1. Plug the sensors in and navigate to the sensor screen
2. Hold down the button on the cradle until you see the lights flash and then become solid again
3. wait 1-2 minutes for the sensors to reappear n the download screen
4. Repeat if necessary
