How do I reset the sensors?

If the sensor is not functioning properly or is stuck recording, a sensor reset may resolve the issue. To reset the sensor:

oClose Step desktop 

oWith sensors plugged in, hold the adapter button for 10seconds until you see lights on the side of the sensor flash

oUnplug sensors – you will see the lights remain solid 

oAfter ~2mins the sensor lights will go off. 

oPlug the sensors back in. 

oOpen Step desktop and login.

oAttempt to update the firmware again.
